Just to let you guys know, you might not want to hear this, but I fixed the problem on my end. I had tcreate memory on my am5 mobo, I switched to corsair memory today and the problem went away completely. It was a hardware issue for me, incompatible ram with the motherboard apparently this game wasn't fond of. Also, another work-around is capping FPS at 90 in foreground in game settings. (which i dont need to do anymore). 10+ hours zero freezes or crashes now after changing ram out.

Glad it worked out for you, but there is no way every user reporting issues has faulty / Incompatible components.

just to let you know, my old ram was fine in all other games no issues, the new ram did solve the issue with this game though. This game will find the weakness with your ram.

my recommendation for you guys is to look in your mobo manual or get the manual online and make sure you have approved ram for your mobo. That was my issue. it 100% went away we I replaced t-create ram with compatible corsair ram from the manual. Good luck guys. This game is very picky with ram but it is a hardware issue none the less.

Again, the sheer amount of complaints from everyone to have that exact issue is extremely unlikely.

its not, there are millions that play this game and the ram can work just fine with other games but this one in particular will find the weakness. Having a 70 page thread isn't that many people out of million+ playing tbh

Millions? Not likely. That aside, 10 pages, I think you need to look harder. There are 2 threads, this one with over 70 pages and another with over 100 pages.

alright man, im not here to argue back and forth. I've been racking my head around this for a week, no video game should be able to cause your computer to lock up constantly, its almost always a hardware issue, that is why I was puzzled. Sure enough it was a hardware issue even though my computer was running great for the rest of the games. You have to ask yourself the question, why are other people with the same configs not freezing? Its not windows 11 24h2, its not the game, because I know people with the same hardware as me running with zero freezes or crashes. So sure enough my old ram wasn't on the compatibility list for this motherboard. If you dont want the solution then so be it. I'm gonna enjoy the game. You enjoy waiting on a patch though. Won't hurt to try you can always just send the new memory back, they got holiday refunds right now. Good luck i'm out
also there is no question there are millions of players. they had 600k concurrent on steam, plus they have several hundred thousand concurrent on their launcher. Its a no brainer there are several million people playing throughout the day using basic math.

This isn't a DRAM issue, please stop spreading false information.

Ok look, I have 3 sets of ram here for testing purposes, changing the Ram did nothing at all. I have been there, done that. Furthermore, I've used 6000-7000 range ram, all resulting in the same crashes. Likewise, I agree no game should do what is happening. It is a near statistical impossibility even if we have 500 users having this crash that all 500 users are experiencing this issue due to faulty ram.
how is it false information? its easily repeatable using the scientific method.
is the ram on your compatible mobo list?
