POE 2 Buffer Underflow

Exact same problem - crashed in Act 3 Jungle Ruins and now I can't log back into that character. I keep getting the Buffer Underflow message and crashing to desktop whenever I try.

Ok I fixed it on my end. Not sure which one was the answer:
1. Uninstalled and reinstalled game. 2. Went to sleep and came back. So its one of two things going on. 1. I fixed some kind of asset issue by uninstalling and reinstalling the game or 2. I had to wait long enough for the map to reset to get my character back. Seeing how many other people fixed the issue I suspect it has to do with the later (waiting for the map to reset). Also pretty sure everyone is getting this issue on the same map (the one with the silver monkey). Imo its best for everyone to try to get the hell out of this map asap and don't explore it any more than necessary until this issue is cleared. Same here, jungle map, silverback boss swinging that pile.

Something really wrong with that monkey boss, act 3 jungle, have same problem now.

Can confirm, My fix was as follows
1. Made new character 2. AFK'd for 15-20 mins in the main town. swapped to old character stuck in Jungle Ruins and is fixed |

Me too, happened in jungle when fighting the big boss gorille "silver hand"... impossible log in again, please fix it
