Can't enter map portals, disconnected with "an unexpected disconnection occured" error (PoE1)

This is still a problem for me. I keep feeding a map into the map device and losing it after each patch. No, I can't use the map device in my hideout. For some reason, it's invisible and not on my list of items that I can edit. It is where I left it last league I played as evidenced by the portals that form. However, if I put a map in at karui shores and then head to my hideout, those portals send me to the login screen as well.

Same for me, finished campaign on a fresh character, kirac's device refuses to open.
3rd day already, tried everything

Same on settlers hardcore.

At the same time half of my standard characters can mapping

Same here, none of the work arounds have succeded for me either.

Any fix for this? Just got done with the acts and still getting disconnects, tried other servers etc.

Facing the same Problem....

I deleted my cashe in Documents/POE

I deleted my game cashe in Roaming/POE

I veryfied the game files.

I tried it on another computer.

Nothing helped.

show some love and care to our grinding gear team. they are facing a lot with poe2. i am sure they will resolve this issue due in time.

Heads up.

its not happening on all the maps. some still work. which is odd..

But for me mostly the lower tier maps still work. Higher than tier levell 5 doesnt work for me right now. at least with the maps i have in my library.

+1. Can't eventer map. Switching server doesn't help either.

Okay, now i am getting scared. Guild Hideout disappeared completely until you finish quest in Act 2, which has been finished before.

This happened after i tried to start Maps from the guild hideout...

Hi guys.
I dont know why. But the Issue resolved itself. Perhaps it was a server issue?

I dont experience any more disconnects when entering maps.
But my Guild Hideout is still missing XD
