Continuous Stuttering/Lag Despite Stable FPS and Internet in PoE 2 Early Access

Its so fcking tireing, i tried every single thing.
Change server, use vpn, change chat channel, delet chat logs, update drivers, use different drivers, change graphic setting, reinstall game...
no noticable spikes in network or ping but still rubberbanding enemies all over, cant go 10sec in a map before enemies start teleporting, bosses randomly stop animation just for me to die without anything happening on screen after 3-5sec.
all since 31.12...
Not sure if this happened to others, but my performance was great for the first 3 Acts. During Cruel I seemed to start to noticing more and more stuttering, both CPU spiking stutter and server stutter. Once I hit maps the stutter has become pretty frequent and I have had a handful of KERNELBASE.dll crashing and dx12 texture crashing. Turning off chat, setting CPU priority to realtime or changing CPU 0 affinity changed nothing. Never had my PC lock up like others though. Mine just crashes to desktop. On a 7800x3D, 4080 Super, 32gb ram, 2tb nvme SSD, and Windows 10.

I'm also experiencing this issue, hardware is not an issue. It's definitely an issue on GGG side with the network. I'm sitting in my hideout not doing anything and my ping is non-stop bouncing from 22 MS to 1k+. At this point the game is unplayable which is sad to see because I want to keep playing. Clearly it's in a beta state and understandable to an extent, but I would expect at a minimum that a Staff member would reply noting where they are in analysis of the defect since we're paying $30 and this thread as picked up over 100+ pages of comments.

Additionally, GGG if there is documentation we can provide to faster complete the Bug Fix let us know.

The issue is very strange. It only occurs during the evenings, so one might assume it's due to traffic. However, others don't seem to be experiencing this problem. I'm seeing spikes beyond 30,000ms.

While standing still, my latency continuously fluctuates between 16ms and 250ms. Performing any action causes it to spike dramatically.
It's funny how GGG pulls their old shit into their new game. Not wasting ressources. Collecting money.
I opt for refund until they repaired that piece of trash.
(Constant lagspikes and multicore cpu spikes)
Tbh: I don't think this will ever be fixed. GGG is too small for their game.

Well I've tried a lot of suggestions on here, a couple did work slightly.
I did finally decide to roll back my nvidia drivers from 566.36 to 560.70.....

IT WORKED, THE STUTTERING LAG IS GONE. On desktop, wired connection.

My game feels like it did the first three days of playing.
Now I just need to put up with the game telling me my drivers are out of date, for new drivers that make the game worse... /snickers

I might upgrade back to the nov 566.14 drivers, but I don't feel like messing with it right now.

Why do people think their bandwidth has anything to do with their latency? It doesn't unless it's as small as say dial up.
I have set with the following parameters:
Ryzen 5 2600X
RTX 3050
32GB ram.
No matter if I give maximum or minimum settings, the game is still unplayable (min 20. max 40 frames). Any ideas? I've tried probably everything they state on the internet
Same here, started like 2-3 days ago.

I have reasonable 50-60 fps, ping 15 but it's unplayable...

I believe I've tried everything that yt/reddit suggested

I'm sad :( guess need to install Diablo 4 again :(

Same for me. Was zero problems until 2 days ago when all of a sudden i started "TELEPORTING" to or from minions constantly.
Edit: Nevermind im stupid. This was because of Headhunter rare mod when trap teleports me to monsters.
More stronger and less white pollution screen mobs = heathier game experience.
