Continuous Stuttering/Lag Despite Stable FPS and Internet in PoE 2 Early Access

Same issue here performance drops to unplayable in Manor Ramparts, other zones are good.
Tried all video settings at Low but made no difference at all.

This thread is not about fps issues, its about network lags. You can lag while having 100+ fps and 40 ping, thats the issue
I too am having these micro shutters, not sure what it is, but I've tried everything people I've been saying on this topic... if anyone figures out a solution let me know! In the mean time I guess I will have to live with these shutters..
I have the same problem with network lags. It can be around 40 or 70 and then spikes up to 200 or even higher than 2000 sometimes. It worked good for sometime, but now it's just constant lags.
I can't play it anymore...

Solution was mentioned couple of times here. If you get network stutters (check green line at F1 graph) go to checkpoint and CTRL + click it or you can press Esc and choose "Revive at checkpoint" option. Both actions will generate a new instance for you, check for lag by walking (or checking network delay, my local server is 5ms, others 40+), if not fixed - repeat. In 1-5 retries you will get stable instance. Repeat upon entering new zone.
The lag is absolutely ridiculous... Impossible to play at the moment... South Africa Realm, lag spikes up to 1000+ms every couple of seconds... Other games work without issue, so it isn't my internet (fiber @ 250/250)
RTX 3080ti same problem with network , latency. From 12ms jump on 300+-ms is big problem... tested cable, wifi, mobile hotspot not help... GGG pls Fix this ...

Dude this is not a solution. People paid for a product that does not work as intended and this bug should be fixed.
UPDATE: After trying everything under the sun, I FINALLY fixed it for good. And in my instance, the solution was rather simple. I swapped from a wifi connection to wired ethernet. No stutters whatsoever and plays like how you'd imagine it to be. But what's odd is that I play a TON of online games over my home wifi (Valorant, Overwatch, CS:GO, Diablo 4) and POE2 was the only game that gave me so much headache over the lag spikes. Out of curiosity, I ran SpeedTest on my wifi vs my wired connection and these were the results:
Wifi: 300 Mbps up/down, 20 ms ping
Wired: 900 Mbps up/down, 4 ms ping

I am certain, at least in my case, that the lag spikes are 100% network related. For fun, I also tested the game over my iPhone's hotspot and oh boy it was unplayable. The lag spikes got so bad that the game would constantly freeze up every second

Regardless, I hope this shed some light on the issue and I pray that GGG fixes this ASAP because I'd still like to go back to playing over wifi (I am running this game on a ROG Ally).

Same Probs here. Micro stuttering. seems it is the network ..this green bar raises from stable 20- stuttering much higher numbers.

fun is something else
