‘Inscribed Ultimatum’ quest item disappeared, boss doesn’t drop it anymore [poe2]

The chimera boss in act 3 drops the inscribed ultimatum
I went to town to immediately start this quest after picking it up. To my surprise, it’s nowhere in my inventory (i did a thorough search). After, i went to kill the boss in a new instance, it didn’t redrop the item. Pretty big, considering i need to do my new ascendancy, hope it’s fixed asap. Make it that you can retrieve it from an NPC in town. Edit - quest status = “Place the Inscribed Ultimatum in the Temple Offering” implying i acquired the item. Still no luck, after hours of trying, losing my mind a little now… no response, nothing :s

I have the exact same issue, did the exact same thing- went back to town, quest item disappeared.

Same Bug for me, Chimera doesnt Redrop the inscribed ultimatum. Quest stuck on "Place the inscribed ultimatum in the temple offering"
