‘Inscribed Ultimatum’ quest item disappeared, boss doesn’t drop it anymore [poe2]

Same problem hope it gets hotfixed blocked progression.

for me rekilling the chimera worked now to get a new quest item.

same here, i had been carrying it in my inventory since act 3 (just started cruel act 2) and it disappeared, quest is stuck on "complete the trialmaster's challenges" chimera doesn't drop another one & using a regular ultimatum doesn't work either, i think this might be the source of another bug i'm experiencing where cruel act 2's "ascent to power" trial quest is soft locked at "search traitor's passage" so i'm basically stuck with 2 ascendancy points now.. i hope these get some attention i see so many reports of them on here & reddit

Same problem here, by a mistake i dropped the green ultiamtum key on the floor and it disappeared
Chimera is not re-droping sadly

Same issue with me. Didn't get the drop from the chimera and it didn't drop it when killing it again. Got the other item later in act 3 to do an ultimatum and failed it. Now both the original item and the one I got later are gone. Hopefully this gets fixed soon.

I had the same issue, rekilling the chimera didn't work. I countinued the following maps and I got the ultimatum from a yellow in the matlan waterways.
