Same issue. Slotted "Life Thief" into multiple attack skills that deal phys damage and getting 0 life returns from damage dealt with those skills.

Just got the 2nd ascendancy for Mana Leech is instant and applies to ES. Currently at 400 hp / 1400 ES with 5% Phys leeched on gloves. With 800 dps on my skills still gaining 0. Just adding this example because I was not using the rune and still effected.

same here, Titan Warrior, giants blood, blood magic and STRUGGLING so bad, i think this alone is making titan giants blood literally unplayable

Can confirm, have lifesteal on rune and ring, no lifesteal happening at all, life on hit works, but no lifesteal

Can confirm life leech / mana leech isn't working. i have dual leech on my gloves using the monk's attack (any , even just the regular quarterstaff which is pure phys), and my health / mana ain't budging at all after hitting something. IE even if it's 5% of 100 dmg it should still be at least +1 hp / mana it's just 0. Nevermind it does work it's just very minuscule , if it's like PoE 1 (probably is) there's also certain enemies that cannot be leeched from. Last edited by Nimpo1#2696 on Dec 9, 2024, 8:43:46 AM
