POE 2 - Life Leech Rune not Working

Even the Life leech mods on weapons or rings don't work. that's a big ass bug. Please fix it GGG.

So far, seems to work only on weapon attacks. Not skill attacks. Better to say if part of the damage is converted into a element such as rapid fire, lighting strikes, etc, seems like the whole leech is nullified( not only the elemental based damage).

life leech still not working. i tried to put a gem that gives damage and nullify all elemental damage still not getting even one point of hp

leech is over time, if you check your mana regen (press "c") you will see it indicate how much your regen is from leech.
