POE 2 - Can't use items. Failed to use item: The operation could not be completed

I believe this is it. It didn't show the stat on the support gem as red like it normally does, but I didn't have the requirements.

I just had this problem and on double checking, i didn't have the requirements for the gem. I had 21, needed 25. Might be a visual bug to not show the lacking requirements

This was the issue. The support gem increased the Dexterity requirement. I respec'd my passives to give me +5 more Dexterity, and I was able to cut the support gem.

Recommend GGG update the error message, so it is more useful for the player. Something along the lines of "You lack the Dexterity to equip this support gem on this skill."
