I get no refresh option, i cant select it.. It lets me open the folder of the location of said loot filter but its just not working

For some reason I had a folder in my poe2 folder called OnlineFilters so I put it in there and it WOULD NOT recognize the file.

Dont put it in "OnlineFilters" folder, just put it directly in "Path of Exile 2" folder.

it don't work with normal(White) item and magic(blue) item ? V1.4

Anyone knows how to hightlight the expert and hide the "lower" stuff?
the new filter version hides to many expert bases for my liking.
