Indeed it hides white items. Blue items are kept as follows:

Hide # ARMOUR - under lvl_58
Class "Flask" "Body" "Helmet" "Boots" "Gloves" "Shields"


Hide # WEAPONS I - under lvl_50
Class "Mace" "Quarter" "Bow" "Crossbow"


Hide # WEAPONS II - under lvl_43
Class "Quiver"


So in short it hides the bases, which are below Expert drops + last tier of Advanced bases. Thus you still going to see all Expert bases + Top Tier of Advance Bases. However this is only true for Magic items.

All white items are hidden as they drop a ton. For those reasons I have kept the version 1.3 as a separate download in case you would like to see absolutely everything. You just keep using it instead.

Rare items are shown regardless the drop level, area level or tier of bases, so you will not miss on it.

In short
v1.3 - Normal Filter
v1.4 - Semi-strict filter


I'm planning to create a version with Endgame filter - top tier bases, crafting, etc. But only when it is appropriate. So in your case I would suggest to use V1.3 of the filter.
