Same here, killed him like 5 times today jsut to finish all "+" in acts. No quest loot, icon is still not grey.

I just killed Candlemass in act 4 and he dropped the 8% hp buff, BUT the icon is NOT greyed out. Not sure what that's about. Atleast I got the buff

Is there a command to see remaining permabuffs? I thought I already got the +8%, but its not greyed out nor dropping.
