Just killed the Candlemass boss in Cruel, received the 8% increased maximum life reward, right clicked it, but the boss icon is still not greyed out.
Killed it the second time and restarted the game after, stil not marked as completed despite getting the reward on the 1st kill. |

I didn't kill the boss on Normal (skipped the area by mistake) and when I killed the boss on Cruel I got the 8% increased life reward.
Maybe it's a one time reward? |
