Problem with the supporter pack / no answer from GGG support

They did a post while back… they all went into vacation for about 2 weeks till end of new year. That is the main reason they don’t answer atm they also posted this on patch notes. They also said on day 1 of new year they will get this game to the state it deserve and take care of all the issues..

I had the issue where I purchased the $99 pack and nothing was appearing. Not on here or on PSN. I went into the store on PSN, wish listed some items, and went to purchase Points. That seemed to bridge the connection. Now I see my points here on the site and on PSN. Hope that helps.

Send an email to their support address. I has some issue with purchased pack. Support got back to me in 2 days. Their communication is little lagging in a sense that they never replied to me that the issue is fixed. I just had to figure it by logging into the game.

Lol i did at dec 6, and twice in send support message. Nothing came back. Thats why the topic, well i do again...

" Bought the Faridun pack (from PS Store) and had the same issue, no MTX appeared and no points to use. Thanks for the tip, after going into the purchase points screen ingame it suddenly realised they should be there and all expected items have just shown up.
