Yep still waiting. They actually released the statement that if u ask in the same discussion for an update it puts you behing in the queue...

Absolute disrectful behavior... A Month from last answer from support passed, asked me to provide some additional information, even though all was attached in the mail. Did it, and silence... god the dissappointment of mine... and this was the only company i thought i could always rely on...

Made a third Ticket from a separate Email, in case both were flagged as solved. A week passed, no responce. Looks like gonna take it to my lawyer...

Bumping,,,,, seems like things havent changed and GGG is still S@#@#$ on answering anything fro console in general or helping people ..... oh hey heres a trailer for a new class and more gems...... lol...... sad... but just funny how the sheep on social media or bots claim GGG is greatest thing since sliced bread lol hope your issues get solved sooner than later OP ...

Well i dont care anymore, shit is already in the procedding to court.
