Problem with the supporter pack / no answer from GGG support
After 23 Days got an answer from support, refund possible, lets see how long it will take to issue one.🫠
P.s Endgame on ps5 pro with pssr and performance, only shadowas...40 fps in combat with a lot of mobs. Well i play Infernalist minion Army, and yeah cpu on ps5 bottlenrcks i guess. But not that game schould be so poorly running. Poe was always for everybody, even wooden pcs... |

Fallen for a similar problem as yourself -
Had points bought via PSN and saw the upgrade packs - seeing as PSN points were being used as part of that process, and given how often they state that the two aren't interchangeable, it seemed pretty straightforward that it must be for the PS5. Nope! Currently have PC currency and supporter rewards on a PS sub account, and a PC account with my characters I've put time into on POE 2. And still no PS5 key... The whole thing is becoming a headache, and it's clear from these forums that the current segregation of the most popular console on the market is driving players away, or into the month long support queue. Is playing hardball with Sony really worth this? It feels very much like a lose lose situation. |

Well mate, i cant speak for why and how Sony and Ggg tend to fuck up so hard every time, and how this is an exuse for them... but this time all answers from Team on Forum are corpo copypaste, their streams with content creators ignored all problems aswell. Looks like after this Problem will be solved for me i will not support the company anymore.
And the game runns poorly as hell. Way below vrr window since act 3. Ps5 Pro player btw. |

Iam on same boat. I have purchased 50 points from PSN store on December and it shows zero points. It took them more than 25 days to even respond my email. Guess what? Was a copy paste response and it have been almost one week already and still no points...GGG is very in bad shape with consumers rn. All the good reputation they had is gone for me. Complete disrespect with us.

They are small team, and their support was enought over the years in poe1. Actualöy was pretty good.
Poe2 had so many problems that they got 500k plus tickets... which is now down to 70k, but them taking 2 week break didnt helped a lot must say. I dont think they gonna fix magically the performance and controller aim. They never did with Poe1. Just got scammed cause of insaneöy good looking Dev streams on console. No Idea on which ps6 dev kit they were testing is... Game itself is amazing. Solid Looter which improved almost every aspect of poe1. And i like tjat it is challenging. But i dont feel like playing in 20 fps... |

I have exactly the same problem. The support team hasn’t responded for 5 days already. I’ve sent 2 emails and opened 2 tickets.
