Poison Gas Arrow Pathfinder

Hey there,
I wish PoE2 had dps dummies or smth like that. Well, maybe you guys can help. Im constantly trying to upgrade my build, well most of us do, and recently I found out about the support gem "Momentum". But what gem do I swap out? My Gems: Mapping GA - Deadly Poison, Heft, Chaos Mastery, Magnified Effect, Scatter Shot Bosses GA - Deadly Poison, Heft, Chaos Mastery, Conc Effect, Comorbidity For Bosses I also use Barrage for more arrows (I dont Have a Dualstring or another Bow with + add. Arrows) So my question: Can I replace Chaos MAstery with Momentum? I don't know if the additional level is worth more than the +40% more dmg from Momentum. Oh btw, with Chaos Mastery I'm at level 28 Gas Arrow. Regards |

"Hey, Momentum doesn't really work with gas arrow. The damage of the skill is determined when the arrow leaves your character, so the effect that you see in the won't retroactively boost the clouds. You can check the first post for gem setups. Builds and Guides:

It's gonna take a very bored day for me to put my gas arrow ranger back together.
I've got a few ideas for this season and one is heavy bleed focus the way gas arrow was poison focused so I look forward to seeing the comparison. For one thing we talked about how valuable it was to do damage more quickly... Bleed has a node that take you from. 5 seconds to 1 second duration. That's the work of many nodes and jewels for poison. Intrigued! |
