Ascent to power quest bugged (in cruel act 2)

It seems like many people are experiencing this. It's early access, so I'm sure it'll be addressed soon. It isn't very pleasant if you're a completionist.

Still bugged for me, tried going back to normal act 2 and completing boss but still says won’t give ascendancy coin for level 54 bal

I've actually run into an issue where I have the Ascent to Power quest, it wants me to investigate the Traitor's Passage, I've killed Balbala multiple times now, have three coins from it, can't talk to Zarka, can't advance the quest, and I don't have an option to interact with the desert table to move on to the trial. Madness.

I have tried running traitors pass also quite a few times. This happened to me when I was helping a friend complete this area. I have a feeling that my "Token" was somehow sold or dropped. This is why I can't progress. I'm wondering if I died after we killed him however but before I picked the "token" up. As we know loot disappears if you die. So this might have lead to the "bug" in the quest line. Just a theory I have.

Same problem today. This is very frustrating and it needs to be fixed ASAP.

Same here, killed the boss but it didn't register and the quest is still there.
