Ascent to power quest bugged (in cruel act 2)

Same here, Cruel Act 2 bugged, cant do Ascent to Power after clearing T.P. twice, and also can no longer progress to the final area (The Dreadnought). Blew the horn, fought the big skeleton boss, talked to " lady, Quit to make tacos, came back and upon interacting with the "Desert Map" I do not have the option to select the Dreadnought (it doesn't show up) so that's cool, I was having lots of fun.

I tried to do the thing where you go through the time portal again but that did not work.

I went to a different server and the dread naught showed up in the bottom left corner (Are the Teleport maps randomized? That seems kind of unnecessary and tricky, like I expected everything to be where it was on normal). But I still have OP's bug with Ascent to Power quest.

i turn quest tracker off and on and it was fixed.
