Warbringer Shockwave Totems: 250k+ dps mapping / 350k+bossing. Easy T16s & Bossing. (Videos)

Mh, I need some help here..

Seems like the Warbringer ascendency (Anvil one, of course) really don't work on my Shockwave totems: no icon debuff on enemy life bars, white/blu/rare or boss.

But the debuff icon will show if I make the hit with my "personal" skills like earthquake or boneshatter or just the base mace attack.

It's a bug? I have try to remove all the support gems from the totem and even craft a new shockwave totem gem.. but seems to not work for me.

Even the buff of Scavenged Plating totally dont work if my shockwave totems hits something.. wtf it's going on? Any clue??

Thanks!!
Anvil's weight definitely works with the totems. Hovering over my enemies I consistently see the icon showing that their armour is fully broken. Not sure what is going on there at your end if perhaps you are just not noticing? The totems do enough damage that you will rarely see the numbers showing how much armour is broken--it will just skip straight to the fully broken icon.

Scavenged plating is different. It requires that -you- be the one to break the armour in order to get the benefit. I experimented with this also and that is why I do not make use of it in the build.

+7 two handed maces have now become available. I have upgraded myself and updated the guide to reflect this. Roughly 190k dps now. Weapons with a base strength requirement up to 146 are entirely manageable when socketed with two soul cores changing 20% of the requirement to dex and int, respectively. Depending on your gear, even higher is possible. Don't get trapped into spending the absurd number of exalts people are asking for a +7 weapon with a strength requirement below 100. The soul cores are about 1 ex each.

Guide has been updated with a link to the passive tree.

What do you anoint your amulet with?
Initiative. Disproportionately powerful with attack totems. (Noted this in the guide, but just realized it is hidden in leveling advice. I will pull it into the main section)

Good luck,

Awesome guide. I had followed another SSF HC streamer on his build and already had a ton of fun as a fellow poe1 totem player. Will switch over to your build now at level 55. AoE on shockwave totem is so much fun.

Glad you liked it! Totems were very much my thing in POE1. I have been having a blast on this build and felt like it was time to share. Good hunting!

Have reached a stage where using a utility belt base, which provides 20% of flask recovery as instant, is a significant defensive upgrade. (Totem cost, even with inspiration, is now up to 630 life per totem). Added this advice to the guide.

Thank you for the guide!

For support gems, what is martial momentum? Martial tempo says it doesn't work for totems when it is in my inventory (red x). Momentum looks to be related to movement skills. Apologies if I'm being dense here.

*edit - I see martial tempo does modify the shockwave slam, so must be that.
