I've been running something close to this for a while, but without using Blood Magic. Just using Hymn and the +1 Limit neck. I'm doing t15s now and only bosses survive for more then like 2 seconds. Rares just get obliterated.
I tend to clear with the 40% multiplier for Area, then swap in Concentrated for the 40% damage on bosses. My link setup was: Martial Tempo, Brutality, Inspiration, Magnified Effect (or Concentrated), Heavy Swing. Puts me at level 27 Totems 10,287 DPS without their self buffs. 14,579 with all totems out. So 116k DPS with Hymn. I could still get +1 more skill from weapon which would be 16,113 with all Totems out or 132,000 with Aftershocks. Now, if I swap in Concentrated, the numbers go even higher. It's 24,068 DPS with 4 totems out. That's 96,272 with 4 totems which is doubled by Hymn for 192,544. I also don't run Overabundance. I'm not sure if dropping the neck for Skill is better because I don't have a +3 to test with currently. Is it really a huge difference to drop Hymn/Limit Neck for the + skill though? My napkin numbers look pretty similar without having to worry about Blood Magic. Our trees are pretty close otherwise. Mine still has 50 Dex on it when I was testing the Pinning boots, need to get full plate + Melee hands before I can unspec those for more STR. I'll review my numbers again later to make sure, was just a quick test at work here. Anyway, love this build. Super fun and glad to see people cooking with it and hoping to optimize further! |

Regarding Titan vs Warbringer, are Aftershocks worth any consideration? Because that node does affect the Totems (Earthbreaker). Or Maybe I overestimate that in terms of damage potential. Obviously would loose the Ancestral Spirits but Heavy Stun, 50% small passives and Aftershocks sounds good on paper atleast.

Aftershocks from Titan ascendancy apply only to skills you use yourself--wont work with totems.
Flip the script also should not work for the same reason, as it uses the language "when you stun" as opposed to when your totems stun. Even if it did, because of the way the build plays, toteming and flasking in rapid succession, I would not expect it to be very impactful. Not meaning to put down the attempted creativity. Keep looking for interesting interactions and try em out. For me that's a lot of the fun in the game. -O |

" The +1 limit neck, if you aren't using overabundance, is a solid 33% more multiplier. This is roughly equivalent to a +2 amulet, though the +2 ammy also provides other stats. A +3 ammy will be around a 55% more multiplier and would be expected to be a significant upgrade from the unique. Hymm is 100% more damage. A +5 weapon is a little better than this. A +6 or +7 weapon is significantly better. I have also been experimenting with swapping in conc effect (for life bounty) when bossing and I like it for immobile bosses. For bossess that move around, I prefer the extra AOE. I have also been experimenting with leaving out overabundance. in place of heavy swing. I keep going back and forth on this one. I suspect it's a pretty close choice. I briefly tried running with another damage gem in place of life bounty, but clear became a lot less smooth for me as I would periodically run out of flask charges. ymmv. Glad to hear from other folks running a similar build. We all get stronger when we share notes. -O |

Leveling so far is not that great. I was able to get +3 hammers and have totems at level 17 at character level 35+
Failed DPS check on the Molten Lava Boss. Other bosses I can tank easily but took a while to take down. At level 43 my totems are doing 608 DPS. |

" I've tested magnified effect and it seems that it doesnt affect totem AOE, the skill gem has a red X on it and it doesn't increase my totem AOE. Are you sure it affects yours? Phys mastery would be better than mag effect. Also, are you talking about the "Hrimnor's Hymn" unique, this has the tag "Slam Skills you use yourself cause Aftershocks", so that doesnt affect totems. " Molten Boss I came back to do later myself. Surprised though that dps doesn't feel good in campaign with +6 to totem levels. Makes me wonder about tree/links? Either way, it gets better. -O |
