We need WASD movement for PoE 1 now too.

Mouse / Keyboard is detrimental to your physical health when playing games like this. As someone who suffers permanent wrist damage from clicking too much too fast in Diablo 3, and Path of Exile, I know what I am talking ab out. Forget your pride, and save your health. Stop playing games with Keyboard/Mouse. I remember people once said GGG would never implement gamepad support for PC, and guess what, they were all wrong too. I tried going back to PoE1, couldn't get into it without WASD movement. Couldn't agree more, it's just a straight upgrade and going back to click to move feels awful.

Yeah, I thought I wouldn't like WASD. Tried it once or twice and immediately went back to moving with the mouse. Then I gave it an earnest 20-30 minutes of getting used to it, and have been using it since. I'm not sure I'd be able to go back to a top-down Diablo-like without it.
Being able to cast/attack while facing the target and moving away kinda solves one of the issues self-cast builds have always had. |

I'd really like to see this as well.
I think late game character building is pretty bad in PoE2 without crafting mechanics left behind from PoE1. I'm 91 and the game starts to feel RNG reliant. |
