Yeah same here earlier this morning woke up to empty character, kind of hurts and kills will to play game until next league now that my account was cleaned out of 500D worth of mana stacking gear.
Funny thing is there wasn't even an email for unlock code... only when i myself logged into game in the morning. With so many people getting their accounts cleaned of items there seems to be something funky going on. I did email support but given i also work in CS i know they probably won't respond until after NY anyway , especially with also bunch of people losing their access to EA and their emails being full of stuff. For reference in PoE2 i haven't used any 3rd party apps yet, and my email is secure (inaccessible without 2-FA) so who the hell knows how they are accessing these accounts... same here, lost about 500 div.
100+h lost since Poe2 EA release. No clue how it was done, never got any mail regarding a login code etc. I know for sure my mail is not compromised. Only used Exile Exchange... guess that's the flaw |
