Account Compromised and Items Stolen

Just happened to me as well. 2a email sent at 11am this morning when I was at work. Logged in to all my divs, exalts, and gear gone. I did use ExileExhchange 2 to note. If I use anything other than my phone to access my email I have to 2a from my phone to approve so I really am not sure how the 2a was bypassed.

i just got lost of currency too . my all currency disappear from the currency stash just orb of transmutation and augmentation still remain , my exalted and divine all gone , last played on 27/12/67 04:00AM (GM7+7time) and play again on 27/12/67 (10:00 gmt+7time) that found been hacked don't know how it happen i just loged on only on poe official site and trade site

Same thing happened to me. Went on vacation for Christmas..came back and all of my stuff in my account was gone. Very fun. Very good game. Very fun.

Same happened to me this morning. I have steam and email conntected, I did not get any 2FA email (which i did get before when changing locations/pcs) and according to steam login history there was no login from any other location.

All Items, divines, 6links gone. About 300+ divines in value. Hacker is currently listing all of my items on trade and sitting on a level 2 witch in Clearfell.

Emailed GGG but it would be a late christmas miracle if they do anything.

I guess thats PoE2 done for me.

Hacker right now online and still selling items - that whan you gonna know about what support did.

I'll give you the answer from support to save your time:

- You wasted your time
- You won't get your items back
- The hacker is still not blocked/banned.
- Change your passwords
- Scan for Malware (I did find nothing)
- Do not use any 3rd Party software (overlay, exile exchanged, etc)
- Do NOT contact support if you want to keep playing.

Same for me. I had 2mirrors + 200divs and my high-end gear and all of it gets stollen.

Same, got hacked this morning. All my MF expensive gear is gone...it should be linked to the poe 2 trade i think.


GGG please fix this.
