PoE 2 Latency Spikes?

Same here. Everything works stably during the daytime. But it is impossible to play in the evening.

Same here, started 1-2 days ago, from constant 29ms it ramps up to 140ms (everything stutters) for ~2s then it's back to 29ms.

No, it's not my internet connection nor my device.
1gbps connection with constant 29ms to Germany.

Same here, it works fine on hideout and on acts also on some maps. but mostly 1000 latency, unplayable. i play apex and dota :(

same for me since the patch ms goes from 40 to 200 then 40 then again to 300, lost over 10 maps due to this and i think i will take long break from this game.

The most deadly bosses in game are lattency spikes.
Died tons of times, lost tons of waystones and xp on 'em.

ping 4 ms-10000 ms 6 hours straight !!! Opposite the gateway there are question marks instead of delay number

I've been suffering from this for the past few days too. I got a gigabit connection with really smooth ping and jitter values overall, but I had to rile up my ISP support for this. To nobody's surprise, they couldn't find a problem at all. It's obviously server-related.
