except poe 1 is still 10x better because there are no broken uniques like howa

Mageblood is pretty broken but fixes the flask piano issue so they built an entire new game to get around it!

Svallinn is the broken unique du jour

mageblood is a chase item, howa isn't

mageblood isn't mandatory, and it's actually bad on some builds, but howa is the only way to scale damage for most attack builds

svalinn won't survive

The way the devs were spitting on howa suggests they have no interest in keeping it as it currently stands either

All I read is "skill issue", you were probably among the people saying that the elden ring DLC is too hard too xdd

Please stop claiming PoE1/2 end game requires skills. You just need the right environment like infinite time == unemployment, daddy's credit card and an anti social life style.

Someones ego got bruised xD

Yes someone is better then you just because they cheat or have no life. Sound reasoning.
Im just against the 1 shot boss abilities as they should be tuned to maybe the bosses have 1 crazy attack that 1 shot and not all of their attack are 1 shot.

So If they don't want me as a player to be able to do 400M dps build and 1 shot the boss then they should nerf the game pinnacle bosses and give them only 1 ability that have enough damage to 1 shot any build and then it is fine learning curve for every average player.

LOL, most players are probably "better than me" and I have no problem with that :) But; reaching the PoE end game, sustaining some maps and kill a pinnacle boss or two during a season doesn't need lots of "gaming skills", it's mostly about having the time and putting in some effort like the patience to grind for hours and some guide-reading.

You will rather find the bruising ego's among the people on these forums typing "Git gud" and "skill issue" every time a casual player suggest some changes to the GGG PoE 2 vision - just like someone did above.

Casual in PoE is not necessarily being a bad player, it's about not needing to no-life completely to enjoy the end game. Enjoying the end game with a reasonable game time invested. Due to several of the current game design decision, this is problematic.

Are you on the Asia servers? If not then I don't care. If you are, then please for the love of God, don't do anything you don't like. The servers are so full I am constantly being shoved back and forth between Singapore, Hong Kong and Japan.

I would disagree to your first point, I think the game requires alot higher skill (atleast compared to other arpgs). My reasoning for this is that what most people are complaining about arent things that are related to time spent.
Its always either some punishment for dying or mechanics being too hard. Ofc they usually dont say this outright they instead use some language to suggest the mechanic is broken, invisible or a bug. So I would agree that if your pretty good at video games then the game isnt insanely hard, but compared to the average gamer then not dying at high end content does require a decent amount of skill.

I would agree with you that his comment is stupid and not constructive, but I would also say that your comment isnt any better, instead of adressing his comment your just slagging off the game and the people who are performing well in it.

- Atlas stays like a Delve map. And that's just boring. No one wants to do 10 maps to do the map they like to do. This is the one of the things that was good in PoE1 that they did not bring over. They could still make the Atlas as it is atm as a other game option, like delve was.

I still don't undestand why people want to do the same map over and over again for literal weeks. Delve was my favorite league (after Perandus, of course) and i LOVE the new atlas.
I like the variety of the new atlas, and it levels the field as target farming was the only way to stay at the front in 1, they need to make all maps an enjoyable experience rather than forcing players to do the one or two that make them gnash their teeth (mire is pretty bad because while the layout isn't that bad, the environment makes it difficult to see the path so you end up running the whole thing from the minimap)
"
But as a PoE1 player that was hoping all the "crap" that was in PoE1, that could not be removed because it was so hardcoded in the game. Would not be in PoE2. This is a huge let down. This will just be taken over by the hardcore fans that just want PoE1 again. And that's a shame.

What do i mean by that:
- They will keep the too many effects on screen in game. No matter how you turn it, this will clutter the screen like it always does and make it a bench mark game. Attacks from friends, enemies will stay hard to differentiate from one a other in fight. Specially with the map on top of it. As there is no mention of cleaning up that mess (compas arrows on edge of screen like any other game)

Enemies are not hard to differentiate. That is you being unable to hover your mouse over enemies while walking.

"
- The game will stay a "one shot kill build" is the best build. Making it boring, as no one wants to be the person just walking around picking up loot for too long. Just to do an end boss. or to buy better gear to do the same thing on a higher number map. They campaign had this and was fun. The end game is just like PoE1. No challenge, just tweaking builds and walking around.

My build doesnt do that and can do almost any content. I created it on my own. So why not try something out yourself and try to make your own build?

"
- End content stays the same. I did not even do a end boss and i already feel bored. There is no incentive to DO a end boss. i got my build. All i can do is get better items to make it stronger to do a map faster. aka, even less challenge. And then do that ill you have the boss keys.

The fact you wrote this shows that you are guided by emotions. Isn't that every game? League of legends... You play over and over the same thing for no tangible reward... Any roguelike game ever... You play over and over the same thing... Any sports game... You play over and over... Its called entertainment and the ability to replay something. They admitted they didnt nail the end game perfectly. But there are plenty of new players with hundreds of hours into end game so they can collect data and see what they can do to make that a more pleasurable experience for new players and have already spitballed a couple ideas.

bots and RMT traders still pay for EA and premium stash tabs.

this will forever be an RMT focused game. that's the ''casual'' way to enjoy it.

buy gear, buy trial carries, buy boss services and so on...

and permanent online streamers can't get out of things to farm for or they'll play something else and not advertise the game for the fresh meat out there.

this is their bussiness model. it'll never be casual friendly.
