Listening to the community too much is what ruined PoE 1 for many of us.

I want PoE1 depths of mechanics and itemisation and building with Zoom Zoom and being able to clear screen and one shot the boss

Worked for me in PoE1. It was SUPER FUN.

Sadly it is Settlers and not Affliction, otherwise I would play it for 10 months easily.

PoE2 is just Ruthless, and it already dropped to 10% of release numbers even with Lightning Spear, nerf it and we will have 5% of release numbers.

Because no one wants Ruthless, with little exceptions.

Also PoE1 always had more players when they gave players more power, and when they tried to nerf players (Harvest removal, Expedition), numbers tanked.
