This is what "The Vision" looks like in Act 3 if you aren't playing screen clearing skills.

He is referring to a concept called "bait and switch". We took the bait, funded the development, and they Switched less than 1y before EA.

Now I know you don't care. You are in that "everything is fine" group that doesn't look at the fact that POE2 has lost 90% of its audience since EA launch. The rest of us are trying too convince GGG / TenCent to make changes to save the game from financial ruin.

Oh, I get it now. I'm not aware of all the PoE 2 backstory but not that you cleared this out I get it.

All I'm saying is I love the gameplay and how the game is set up. The other major stuff like performance issues, bugs, glitches, etc. I want them solved. It's in a pretty rough spot right now but the core game I think is great.

And what is your build?

This is what they want to the game to be? Every 4 months? Seriously? And if your reply is "Just play lightning spear" understand that you actually get the point here, but they WILL nerf that and HARD and SOON. Because THIS is what they are going for. This with what will be probably a 60 hour campaign is "The Vision." They think this is the future, 60 hour campaigns, slog fests through armies of mobs, this is what they want, make no mistake.

Then they will enjoy strong 25K players after a week.
Further "Vision"

Finally Killed Doryani in act 3 after 15 attempts. He dropped some gold, a gemcutters prism, a chaos orb, a regal orb, an augment orb a blue wand and armor boots (I am evasion) that don't even have move speed.

You didn't feel any satisfaction just from killing him after 15 attempts? Genuine question.

Dude. You're playing SSF. The game isn't balanced for SSF. This isn't "the vision" it's you deciding to make the game harder for yourself and then complaining about it like you didn't do it to yourself. That's it. End of discussion.

The loot is never going to be balanced for SSF because obviously that would completely trivialize the base game. SSF isn't meant to be a balanced experience. It's meant to be frustrating, slow, and far more difficult than the design intent (the "vision" you keep talking about).

SSF is not how the game is meant to be played. It's there for people who want a more frustrating and loot-starved experience. So if you don't want that then stop f'ing playing SSF guy holy shit it's not rocket surgery.

If SSF was the intended experience, it wouldn't have a special name. They would just call it normal or standard and the league that allowed trade would be called "trade league" or something which I know you guys like to pretend is a thing but it's not.

Even though I play trade league only and love trading in these types of games, why cant there be two different drop chances for SSF and trade league to make the ppl happy that prefer playing solo? Like it takes what 5 minutes to implement that? As it has no effect on the trade economy you can basically blindly try out some numbers and see if ppl are happy without risking messing up anything really....

I have said that for a while but you have to get rid of moving char to trade or people will farm with SSF chars.

Game is totally balance for SSF. If an auction house was in the game, you could be right. But without it and with a separate site to trade item, SSF is the intented way to play game made by devs.
And as a SSF player myself, playing my own build, with 3 characters 80h each doing T15, I can easily say its totally fine in SSF !!!
