EXP LOST IS STILL BAD.
Your game philosophy doesn't work anymore, dmg spikes are way to rnd. back in the days you could literally see that a big hit is coming and out of 95% of cases its your fault that you get one hit. Now there is so much shit on maps which makes this problem. Loosing EXP is the most toxic thing ever invented in a Video game. T17 modifier are way to rnd they need an over howl. They are after 1year still very unenjoyable. I don't wanna say they are shit but they are absolute doggo poop. In D2 we could at least get some EXP back. Now you have to a wealthy man in the game to afford buying Omen just to get to a certain level. Absolut trash game design and somebody has to say it. Rework T17 modifier they are stupid. Pls go back to the drawing bard. if this is the last literation of t17 modifier I don't wanna be a part of Poe anymore.

XP loss is the most fun mechanic in the game.
The only way it could be MORE fun is if it was extended to gems, and could make you (and your gems) lose levels. |

You know those tier 17 map mods are complete a**, so why level there? After this patch I no longer believe it's appropriate for players to complain about XP loss. There are no losses in the boss fights let alone multiple easier ways to level. We could tell you five different ways to reasonably put on XP yet you went to 17s. I'm just puzzled.

" Hit 100 without the use of omens. It is not hard. Just takes a while. Don't jump into T17s if you need xp. There is 0 reason you should have any issue hitting level 100 with your gear(mageblood and all). You can easily step into easier content like T16 breach and level up in no time. " More fun than not risking anything. It goes both ways you know. If your goal is to level you do as hard content as your build allows you to without dying. If that's not fun to you then don't go for xp and push hard content for fun all you want. It is best of both worlds. People would get bored waaaaay sooner if they got rid of the small xp penalty. Playing the exact same content I was using to get my from 0% 98 to 96% lvl99. Then out of nowhere, for reasons I can't even begin to conjure in my mind... ...random 1-shot. GODDAMN IT! Okay, omen gone, only lost 2.5%, that's only like 5 maps, whatever. Buy another omen, start a fresh map... ...get my 2.5% back plus 1% more and then... ...random one-shot AGAIN. So I said fuck it, paid 4d for some 5ways, got my level 100 and moved on. It's not a "small" penalty. For some people that penalty (10%) represents HOURS of progress. Also, I and many other people have quit more leagues early due to XP loss frustration than we have from boredom. The XP loss mechanic is an out-dated, archaic, time wasting, infuriating, absolute garbage, total bullshit mechanic. It needs to be removed. " The proponents of keeping XP loss are people that take too much pride in having dealt with it themselves. If it was removed it would literally hurt their fragile ego's to watch players enjoy themselves and get to level 100 without all that frustration.
