VISUAL CLARITY and PERFORMANCE - THE BIGGEST ISSUES that need to be solved in 0.4

Especially as a show of willingness to listen to the community regarding the delirium fog issue... I don't play maps with delirium, I always cancel it, I don't like that fog visually.

the only builds i can play are lightning and cold build

Optional fire and fog - problem solved.
Visual clarity and performance are very bad for some builds. I ran a mercenary and wanted to try using the new mortar cannons with a tactician. Putting cluster grenades with oil grenades covers the whole screen in fire effects, does great damage but you literally can't see anything and my framerate tanks. Can't effectively dodge or react just need to pump out as much DPS as possible to kill the whole screen before anything gets close. Great for trash mobs but once a boss doesn't die instantly its unplayable simply from how the game looks and performs especially with all the one shot mechanics most bosses have.

Detest the visual cancer in this game too.
I recall everyone laughed at first at D2 Ressurected "funny effects". But the game runs perfectly and you can see everything even in a big group (unless one uses newly added broken mosaic build casting 10000 effects at once).

The performance issue is even more obvious, when you consider the graphics quality. It is an upgrade over PoE1 (which is 12 years old), but still an isometric game with limited field of view, fixed camera and with errors, like the weapon clipping through the armor and such.

In the pixel-chaos during combat you do not not see much anyways...

...I forgot to mention the problem of delayed loading of monster graphics. Getting attacked by invisible mobs is a bit of a problem sometimes.
