Phrecia 3.27 patch notes when?

Most of the pages are filled with a nonsensical sidebar about skill balance that Bosscannon opened up. Surprised the thread didn't get locked up when the GGG response dropped

There was an update to the latest announcement:

"Monsters steal Power, Frenzy and Endurance charges on hit" is now also excluded.

It was obvious by the very first post in this 24 page thread what you wanted and meant re: "patch notes"

You got those notes

Yet you decide and rant those AREN'T the patch notes.....simply because they don't say patch notes. Or a bunch of other arbitrary, meaningless reasons.

The ONLY thing that's missing right now is the exceedingly helpful "Added support for Phrecia" message. And this is what 2 full pages have been spent on. With doubling and tripling down. This is utter insanity right now.

I did not "rant". All I did was stating the potentially relevant fact. From my POV its potentially relevant:

1) I see the possibility of the patch notes containing additional interesting information.

2) I made this thread. I believe its good manners to post factually correct potentially relevant information relating to the thread. Whether Im personally satisfied by the announcement or not.
