Extreme Lag Spikes

I have a problem with latency 180 ms with no spikes before it was just 34ms, weird thing is when I use America gateway I get 150 ms(I am in UK).This all happened after I restarted the router.I dont use bittorent and dont have pando media booster installed. Down is my MTR output.
EDIT - dont know what happened but my latency is back to 34ms on Europe gateway :)

i JUST recently have been having issues with latency... i have 66 ms then i see big lag spikes then it goes down to 66 ms again... the game randomly becomes non responsive then it catches up again... i cant play since im on hardcore and i'd rather not lose my 85... i am really frustrated....
