If you had the chance to design a weapon or a piece of armor... what would it be?
" Soul Reaver looks like a blatant rip off of Storm Bringer, down to the re-phrasing of "I was a thousand times more evil than thou." which the sword utters after killing its wielder. For those that haven't read the Elric series, I highly suggest it. "The only legitimate use of a computer is to play games." - Eugene Jarvis

Aura Master
Unique Amulet Has one (white) socket Creates an aura from an inserted support gem 40% of the mana is reserved Cannot have more than two auras. (Obviously I was thinking about IIR gem, but there could be other interesting options.) - taking a trip to Belize, I'm so excited! -

I would want to make a 2hander that you can dual wield: Bane Vaal Axe Uses One Hand Slot +2 melee weapon range 25% reduced physical damage Adds (15-35) chaos damage Inflicts (20-80) random elemental damage on hit 25% more weapon elemental damage while moving Chance on hit to convert your target for 45 seconds No Sockets |

Id make some decent 1h sword for mid-late game (lvl 50-80~), seems there aren't any ingame.

Trapper's Boon
Unique Lapis Amulet +20-30% Trap/Mine Recharge Speed Traps and Mines leech 5% Life/Mana back to their owner You take reflect damage from your Traps/Mines. Become one with your contraptions. Steel Draft Unique Hallowed Mana Flask Removes 10% of maximum life from life on use. Restores 1 charge on all traps by 1 on use. A wondrous conversion of blood to steel. Fixes some of the weakness that trappers have (no leech, running out of traps), but not without drawbacks. ------------------- Coward's Refuge Unique Teak Round Shield +80-100% Armor and Evasion +30% Movement on Low Life +100-120% Block and Stun Recovery on Low Life Iron Reflexes All armor is converted to evasion on Low Life (overrides Iron Reflexes) When the going gets tough... Just a fun concept I thought of. Could be reversed (Iron Reflexes on Low Life) instead. Last edited by olop4444#5156 on Nov 9, 2013, 2:33:32 PM

" If the minions from dominating blow worked with this, that would be so overpowered. |

" http://pathofexile.gamepedia.com/Dyadus 600 dps minimum. What exactly is its drawback? (:

" I had 20 minions and 2 totems as average count in mind. That means Energy Shield would be pretty much non-existant (less minions = more energy shields they have and vice versa), they would have life regeneration of 3.0 and would probably deal around 2-4 damage/second to the controlling player, depending on creation speed. So other effects like dominating blow or that mine that turn monsters into minions could create a higher damage output and a higher life regeneration for minions. I used 5.1 life recovery rate once with life on hit on zombies and they had a noticeable increased life span. But nothing game breaking, and heavy hits still kills them quite fast. What did i do wrong? Im asking since im a newbie (its my first character and im level 66 atm of this post) so there might be a lot im missing. Just saw that topic and thought to give it a try. ^^' |
