PoE 2 servers are restarting in: .
They should be back up in approximately .please remove orb of regret
keep your elitist attitude then. but be prepared to use your wallet far more frequently than before.
i - personally - couldnt give a damn about regrets because im doing quite well so try to remove your imagination about what I want from the picture and focus on the so called big picture TL;DR: game that is pathetic at allowing players do informed decisions (without EXTERNAL sources that might led people to RMT sites and such) should be just as pathetic at enforcing permanent choices right now it is a 'strict teacher' shouting at the pupils who werent even given a chance to study. it wont work. this game is a business, business you want to run like an elitist invite-only club. good luck with that. i just hope ggg sees this stuff differently - their xbox business directly depends on QoL and smooth learning curve. and we all know how much they put into said xbox business and what will happen if it flops |

I totally agree with the OP but not on removing the OoR, I like the option of removing a single point but gives us a option to flush the entire galaxy of skill points, so much in this game is unnecessarily tedious and this is one of them. I don't mind paying or even RNG for it but we like options. Make it so not a cockroach!

" the games been public f2p for over 4 years working like this, and its still here, doing better than ever, going strength to strength. It is working, its been working since the start, theres more players now than ever and I have to use my wallet less than I have done in the past. Sry to bring reality into the conversation but there it is. Its not an elitist attitude, its preferring a good game to a bad game and recognizing that this game has lasted for 4 years because its a good game. I love all you people on the forums, we can disagree but still be friends and respect each other :)

" Umm, did you read what I wrote? How is my wanting to respec my char end of season something I need to be punished for? I told you, I had a char, leveled em high. It worked. It was great. I was bored. I respecced. Did it again 4x more times. So you're saying being bored of a build is my mistake so I should be punished for it? I did NOT make a mistake. I knew exactly what I was doing and I'm fully aware of what was done. You're straight up wrong for calling what I did a mistake. I valued my time over money so I spent the money because I had a fuck ton of currency and 8 exalted was not a big enough deal to stop me from doing a full respec because the thought of grinding 3 different witches to a high level was a torturous ordeal I did not want to go through. But I already said it, if other players get 'bored' like me and don't have the money, they will either A. Quit the game or B. Go to 3rd party RMT sites to buy the currency because they don't have the time to farm it. So GGG should just make this available so money and players stop flowing out of the game. And I agree that mistakes should be punished. You don't get enough life in your gear, you should be punished for that. Undercapped res, punished. Underleveling, punished. These are all non-permanent changes you can do. But let's say you're level 60-70 and you have 1.5k life because you got no life nodes on your tree. You leveled your first time, you realize, Oh wow, I need at least 80 regrets to respec my tree. I don't have that much money. What do I do? 1. I'm too poor and weak to farm for currency as I have realized that now unless the only option I have is to grind mud flats until I farm enough regrets 2. Ditch this char and start again 3. Quit the game 4. Buy the regrets from a 3rd party site I don't believe #1 is picked by a lot of people. Most players either go with #2-#4 the most. Really, lowering the price but still making it expensive is really not going to hurt anything, or providing it as a final quest. A poor player @ level 70 can say 'Oh ok, well there is a quest I can do to fix my stuff now and I don't have to toss all of the time I put in.' While older players like me can say 'Ok, I cleared all of my content with my level 90+ gladiator and pathfinder. I would really like to respec my gladiator to a slayer and then a champion to try some different builds out without having to pay 2+ exalted each time I want to swap ascendencies. But according to some players, I should be 'punished' for picking gladiator and clearing all content in the game and being 'bored'. That's my mistake, so I deserve to either pay 2 exalted spend around the same money to buy a fucking +1 tabula rasa and Abberath's Hooves so I steam roll through everything and maybe die 1-2 times through the entire thing because I LITERALLY have a TV show playing on another screen because I'm so fucking bored out of my mind from how easy and brainless this entire process is going from 1-80 again. If I leveled a duelist and ranger up, I'm obviously going to respec them again, but say one day I want to play my pathfinder or gladiator again, I'm going to have to pay 2 ex and start the entire process all over again. It's just pure insanity. I actually want to do that this season, but I also like my current chars enough to not want to gut them and pay 4ex round trip to get them back. I also don't want to level another duelist to 94 and grind beachhead ROTAs to get access to the same number of skill points. According to you, I deserve to be punished. Yea. Ok. Nice logic. /s More people do play this game than previous patches, I agree with that. http://steamcharts.com/app/238960#All But they always leave. Activity drops like a rock after 1 month. Why does everyone always leave and not bother to create a new char or new build ? Because they hate leveling. All of my friends always quit because of this every season. Almost everyone I know hates leveling. So they just quit. Oh, and BTW, there was a report saying only 2% of xbox players have ever gotten to level 80 in the game, but later someone found only 6% of PC players ever go to level 80. A lot of noobs never make it to end game, they just try to play and quit. As to why I'm not completely sure, but I do feel that one of the reasons why is probably because a lot of them end up with a build that they put a lot of time into leveling and they want to change/modify heavily but don't have the regrets to do so. Like, I didn't respec much this season outside of adding/removing a branch or two so I spent like 40 regrets, but I farmed/traded up almost 30ex this season and I probably only found something like 60-70 regrets total in that time. Yes, I can buy the regrets with the ex, but I will tell you that a noob who started out at level 70 isn't in that type of situation. And if more than 90% of the players in this game don't get past level 80, then the majority of players are 'noobs' and should just leave the game according to you. Just hack the game for playing in offline mode and edit your characters if you want to play free from community rules/marketing.
Otherwise, if you can't do it, just stop bitching about stupid things and play the game with community like any other ordinary player. Or wait 20 years for "path of exile" editor like D2. Neden yaşıyorsun?
