Crashes, 5700 XT AMD Issue?

Crash again after a few smooth hours of playing , now at the Old Fields when Tane appeared.
R9 270x

Edit 1:after posting the last crash it crashed again when I meet Tane,logged in and changed to window mode,meet Tane again and no crash.
Edit 2: nope,still crashing on window mode too.

Same issue with the 5700xt here.
Act 1 was fine. Act 2 I REALLY had to be creative to finish. Downclocked the GPU multiple times because I thought it was the ol' AMD issue, but that didnt help.
Riverways and Old Fields are pure luck not to crash.

Still crash, patch don't resolve problem.
Have Amd Radeon 5200

Patches dont fix it. 2nd tane and instant crash... :/

Patch did not fix it here, still hard gpu crash with Tane spawn.

Game is still crashing on Tane spawn even after patch.

AMD R9 200 Series, i5-4460

The problem still occurs after 3.0.9c patch.

Didn't work. I Get in, everything is fine, 10-30seconds later, hard crash! everything goes black or some visual bugs (like pixels out of order)

Wife and I have identical computers.

AMD 3600 CPU
AMD 5700 GPU
16GB DDR4

Crashing at random points, both on the previous AMD drivers and the latest.

Edit: Two crashes in under 15 min after the patch, so sadly it's gotten worse for me. Also interesting is that my youtube video keeps playing even though the monitor acts like the computer is turned off.
