Why is pathofmatth banned?

From the two twitch clips someone linked on reddit, I haven't heard him mention Chris specifically. And which rule states that you're not to call bald people words on platforms outside of the official forums/game/maybe reddit? Please don't mention the 'we can ban you for w/e without giving you a reason' thing.

He was being inappropriate. You can take whatever actions you want in life, but all actions have consequences.

Bans are so uncivilized. Should shout down people and intimidate them into going away. Doxxing and swatting too.
