Long Time supporters and "heavy spenders" should be getting more than one key.

Hello everyone.
Before I get into the nitty and gritty of this topic at hand, allow me to yap on about myself. I have been playing this game since 2013, and have been a near instant supporter. After calculations of how much money I spent on this game during my entire PoE time (8.8k Australian Dollar, roughly 5k USD) I have recently finished talking to a support member regarding keys, and how much money I've spent on this game and all that. It was a beautiful back and forth, I have nothing but genuine respect and love to the support staff, especially during these times in which they are being flooded by questions akin to my own. However, after getting told that I am only getting one key, I feel slightly disappointed. See, I run DOMI, one of the oldest guilds around, and I was hoping that I would at least have a key per 480 USD spent (as that's the threshold) so I can share my PoE 2 Early Access experience with myself and some of my lovely guild members. I wish to have an open discussion here, as long as its cordial and respected from all participants. I do not want this to turn into a "it's unfair! it's cruel! it's x! it's y!" and all that. I cannot express how much I respect GGG and how much this game has positively impacted my life. I am just mildly disappointed. " I don't think your request is unreasonable, but I think the main reason this won't happen is because keys have a resell value. You technically can turn around and sell the extra keys to people. No. In fact, there shouldn't be any keys at all. And if you think you are entitled to something, may I remind you of the phrase "Thank you so much for your continuous support."

I thought it was 1 EA key per 480$ spent on poe, I would have had 3 by now lol

well as a little dolphin there, all i can say is that i'm still happy to get a free Key for the support i already showned in the past. the game is 10+ years. getting to the 480€ thresold is not very hard if you're a long time player.
what we get with the EA pack ? everything we would have get with a "classic" pack et some keys.... my account is already elligible but i still took a pack an,d will be giveing the keys away. |

With the way they communicated it ... I think they should have given a key to everyone who purchased a supporter pack in the past
I have no problem with them setting a paywall to access early access, but when they communicate it's to "thank our supporters", I think it's a bit dissapointing to only gift keys to people who spent $480 (and yes, I was over that threshold) |

I have spent more than $6000 on this game and I still don't think I deserve anything. I'm happy with what I get, but frankly I was prepared to buy access like everyone else.
As with every transaction you need to understand what you're getting when you pay for something. You can't try to ask for more at a later time just because you feel entitled. The fact that GGG is offering up something extra as a 'thank you' long after the fact is just a bonus. Remember; we're fueling further development of two games. They have a proven track record of being able to do a lot with the money they're given. Be happy with what we've received thus far. My most hated game.

don't forget, they had no obligation to gives key. Like we had no obligation to purchase supporter pack.
i wanted to support the game at X moment and i got some MTX and point in return. good, it's a win win. I'm not entilted to get a key for new game |
