Long Time supporters and "heavy spenders" should be getting more than one key.

If they give streamers keys to give away, I agree large supporters should get some too. If they're not then its fair to say its whatever.
can someone run me through the logic of this? if you are able to dish out thousands on an online game, why are you making a fuss over a $30 key? is this account shared by multiple individuals?

The ops logic was that he would have liked to give some out to guildys. Given he spent many times over the $480 requirement.

You got whatever MTX you spent money for, that's what you got. Anything else is a bonus.

Supporter packs bought since the beginning of POE2's development, five years ago, have supported the development of POE2, probably more than the development of POE1 for much of that time. Those of us who've been supporting the game since the before the Fall of Oriath expansion remember how that beta was handled as well. A beta key for a game one has helped fund through its development is not "a bonus".
Fairgraves was a slave trafficker specialized in the kidnapping and transport of children. He was not "a good man".
the real bonus is the friends and relationships we got along the way

with all the old reddit posts resurfacing of all the 13 year old screenshots where people got multiple keys. I was pretty sure whales will get a similar treatment for lifetime spent where it goes linearly for each ~500 USD = 1 extra key or something like that.
I tried getting friends into PoE1, but they got scared away by the passive tree. Doling out free bonus keys due to having spent thousands of dollars over the years might be a nice attempt to get them into PoE2 since the combat seems slow enough to draw them in this time.
PoE players: Our game has a wide diversity of builds.

Also PoE players: The [league mechanic] doesn't need to be nerfed, you just need to play a [current meta] build!

MFers found strength in their Afflictions. They became reliant on them. I am not so foolish.

so invite them to play when the game is, you know, ready? oh and also free
btw- you must of forgot this game used to be slow too, so don;t expect PoE2 to be slow for long- i give it 2 patch notes
The way I see it - any one who's interested to play PoE2 will dole out $30 for early access no problem, it's a fraction of the price of a AAA game. D4 cost $30 for 5 day early access ffs..

So what's the harm in giving out extra keys for heavy spenders? If they bring in more people, that's a net positive.

Its going to be a free game, so granting more ppl early access is not really a big deal.

wait... your logic is that because its already way cheaper than other games you might as well give extra keys for free? .... what?
