Do you have any proof for that? How does it manifest, POE2 crashing or total PC lockup with 100% cpu and you cant ping the PC anymore on LAN? Both different issues. If that was true, it might indicate a more drastic issue with Ryzen architecture, which the new CPU scheduler of Windows 11 have shown to manifest because of better/perfect core utilization which was maybe already be true under Linux.
I highly doubt there would be any Ryzen hardware issue. It's clearly a software problem on some versions of Windows...
Running PoE 2 here on various Linux machines, both Ryzen and Epyc, all Nvidia GPUs, and none of them had any issue whatsoever (we have a little LAN party going on since the 6th).

Logged in to document, having this issue myself. Went from solid 144fps, froze while loading into a trial with a friend and computer wouldn't turn on after. A3 ram slot doesn't seem to be working anymore, sticks seem to be fine. Managed to get the PC to turn on with 16gigs but game is now fps capped at 44 and falls to 10fps in maps. Unplayable even if I weren't scared for something else to break.
i7 10700, 2080super, 32gig vengeance lpx. mobo, ram, m.2 and fans are less than a year old

Hello I am also experiencing crashes, they happen randomly once an hour my game closes suddenly

I got Win 11 24H2 build and my games 2 or 3 times per 1 teleport freezed my pc to hard reset button.
But I found one solution and now my game is not freezing whole PC and i think maps loading faster.
Windows -> Settings System -> Display -> Graphics ->
1. Disable HDR mode
2. Disable Optimalization for Windowed Games (I'm playing on windowed mode)

Holy shit this actually fixed it for me. After turning off 'Optimizations for windowed games' my game no longer freezes
this solved the issue for me, was having since launchm now working fine with multithread enabled

I’ve been experiencing constant crashes in Path of Exile 2 whenever transitioning between zones, even ones I’ve visited before. It doesn’t seem to matter whether the zones are newly loaded or revisited—the crashes persist.
I’ve tried several fixes, including making changes to CPU core affinities and various performance settings, but unfortunately, none of these adjustments have resolved the issue. While I’m relieved that my PC doesn’t lock up entirely, the game itself crashes so frequently that it’s become difficult to progress.
I’m hoping there’s a fix I haven’t yet tried because this crashing is making the game almost unplayable. Hoping to hear positive something soon :)

Чёрт возьми, это действительно помогло мне. После отключения «Оптимизации для игр в окне» моя игра больше не зависает

If it's not happening on loading screens and your PC doesn't lock up it's not the same issue

Someone suggested to turn off HDR on the monitor, aaaand so far so good. Worth a try in my book. Can't confirm yet that it works 100% of course but no crashes so far since doing this.
I don't have HDR on my monitors and still crash

AGAIN i been playing with a few FREEZES, but today did even launch the game, FREEZE in the 1st loading screen, i think its time to request for a refund since they dont care.
if all of us as for it i think will be easy

It's a problem with your operating system. Don't blame GGG for having to investigate complicated work-arounds.
GGG may be talking to the kernel and video drivers exactly as they should, as described by the API documentations. And your OS is buggy, so it freezes.
