Would explain why the reddit post was completely clean of anything related to it.

Here is what I feel like is happening with all the silence from the streamers:

They are being paid by GGG to keep silent on game breaking bugs and other issues. In fact, I believe GGG sent each of them "optimized" machines to run the game on. I wouldn't be surprised they have an NDA in place to not say anything about the issues, but only talk about the positive things they like about the game.

Bro, I don't know what stuff are you on, but I want some of that...

All they need to do is just disable engine multithreading when loading areas and it will fix the crashes.

I started having this issue after upgrading my Ryzen 3800x for a 5700x3D, can't play anymore.

I have been playing the game since the EA release and have never had any problems except maybe 3 or 4 times where the game has closed itself without an error message.

However, since the hotfix patch today, I can no longer play. It crashes my pc on startup with a bluescreen, the pc then simply restarts most of the time, but sometimes it wont display an image anymore and im forced to cut the power and reset the bios to get it working again.

I have updated the drivers, verified the game files on steam and also checked other games, which, suprise suprise, are all still running fine without any problem.

This is ridiculous.

Disgusting.

Anyone still crashing after the thread optimization patch?

Using PoeUncrasher (as admin) for a week havent crashed/freezed since.
But this patch doesnt sove the hard freeze.
