At least, that shows they work on it, even if it's "potential"... Bad communication, though...

" Yeah, their communication is godawful. But at least I'm happy that we finally got some info on it, here's hoping that it works. |
|
" " Did your entire PC freeze or did the game just crash? This thread is about the entire PC freezing when PoE does. Edit: Nevermind. I just realized that patch 0.1.1c won't even be out until the end of the week so this potential fix is not in the game yet. Last edited by Tomtah#4647 on Feb 4, 2025, 9:50:43 AM

" Just freeze at the loading screen and I need to force shutdown my PC. After that I tried to change x3d setup to disabled at my bios, tried to run the game, and just freeze again at the first loading screen (not even able to see login screen). Cannot play the game anymore after I bought Ryzen 7 9800x3D. Feel so sadddd |

Same thing, it happends when i load an instance every 2-3 hours
pc specs: windows 11 Intel I9-12gen RTX 4070 Super 32g Ram Everything its updated: GPU, drivers, OS, and Bios |

" The loading multithread crash is the same crash that freezes pc's the difference is, sometimes it doesn't lock the pc up. And if you have some cores off, it doesn't crash as hard or lock up the pc. I have a 7950x3d so the game only uses the 3d vcache cores. So i've only had the PC lock up twice, but it is definitely the same crash, the cpu takes off in usage, the window locks up, sometimes it crashes the whole pc, but having a dual CCD processor means I always have free cores. 9800x3d/14900k/7800x3d/5700x all these pc's tend to have issues. Newer Intel users could intentionally take affinity off their E-cores and probably have similar results to me... a program like process lasso can make this automatic - but as i am using AMD, my alternate cores are performance cores, so i'm not certain Intel users wouldn't lock up with E-cores off.
