Continuous Stuttering/Lag Despite Stable FPS and Internet in PoE 2 Early Access

Was playing fine until today (end of act3), it started stuttering in the middle of gameplay, seemingly out of nowhere, the fps is not dropping and connection is stable. Neither game nor pc restart helped. Downloading latest nvidia drivers and will report back.
Currently my nvidia driver version: 566.14

edit: nevermind, actually my internet connection was impacted by torrents which started downloading on my home server, the latency was stable at 20+ms, but it used all of the 1gbps bandwidth, which almost never happens, was too quick to rule it out.

I switched my servers ( from Washington to Texas ) and my stuttering every other second went away.

Maybe its your current server that's having a tough time and just switching to a different one will alleviate the issue :)
I played launch weekend logging over 20 hours in less than a day and half with very few lag moments. Maybe would see a spike once an hour then late on Tuesday (day 4-5) it ping started spiking every 15 seconds from 40 ms up to 300+.

This is not a system or internet issue but a server issue that needs to be addressed. I am US midwest / central, changing servers/connection region to those nearest has not helped.

Posts here, reddit, and other sites seem to be picking up. Seems the issue is getting worse or starting to affect more and more players.

Understood that this is early access but frustrating not being able to play. GGG is addressing skills and balancing but have not heard or seen anything about networking or server optimization.

No network options within the settings. POE1 network: Predictive

Any updates or acknowledgement of this issue would be appreciated.

i am also suffering from this stuttering that ruins my gameplay to the point i need to restart every 30 min . FIX IT ASAP
still broken after that patch. Had 2 really good days, now I have to play around with VPN servers till I find one that plays nice with the servers. No reason a VPN should work better then my internet, since it adds an extra hop in most cases and more distance.
As of today 12/12/24 i can confirm the game is stuttering pretty bad
Setup is a 13700k and a 3080ti
Yeah, the stutter is insane.
Please fix the stuttering it only happens in this game no other game have this issue cant be my pc spec or internet.

any amount of processing on the client's side would cause an FPS issue and stutter. This is a network issue, so nothing on the local computer will cause this other then a bad network card, bad rougher, internet connection issue, or something on GGG's end.

Sadly this topic is filled with issues that are CPU/gfx related instead of the original topic... stuttering/lag with NO fps drop.

The primary reason is a connection issue with the server as the client keeps on rendering/processing. It manifests in your character freezing in place while other things animate, followed by the client/server catching up with a massive elastic band effect as the missing time is filled in.

reducing bandwidth MIGHT help mitigate the issue a bit, but this will still spike. gateway changes/ ip address changes(VPN)/ or a refresh to cause an instance change (still updating the internal path on GGG's side) are the only workaround till a patch comes out.

In PoE 1, there was a setting to patch this issue if it showed up that is not in PoE 2. I would hope that GGG will fix this, but I will settle with a predictive settings change to fill in the holes in the connection

This would be a great guess if all players were affected by this problem. The question is why my friend who lives in my house and uses the same Internet provider, has the same ping, but doesn't have any network graph spikes or any stutters? That is what I want to understand. What is the difference between me and my friend. Also, I watched Twitch to check some streamers who play PoE 2 to see if they have stutters and I didn't find player with this issue there. They don't even care about creating different instances with better server ping, because they never get any stutters. How this is possible? If it is really a network connection issue then my friend should have stutters like I do. There should be something else which affect this stutters. There is no way that ping jitter from 23ms to 32ms should make a stutter. I shouldn't be able to even see such delay with my eyes just like my friend since there is no any stutters for him with such small graph jitters.
My MSI gaming laptop always got crashed every time during the game, even turned on turbo boost performance from MSI click bios.

CPU/GPU temp goes up around 85-95 Degree Celsius

MSI Cyborg 15 A13VE Spec:
Intel 13th, 13620H, 16 cores, 4.8 GHz processor
NVIDIA RTX 4050 series
32GM RAM DDR5

fix it please thanks.
