Didn't get +30 spirit on one of my characters in Act 1. EDIT: nvm, as I was posting this message +30 spirit item appeared in my inventory, and the skull changed to grey on my world map. The skull dropped for me but after I used it I didn't receive an additional 30 spirit

Same issued. Killed king, cleared zone, never died. Never got +30 sprirt and skull not greyed out.

I thought it was bugged for me as well after a few clears, turns out the spirit+30 and the gem are dropped inside the ritual thing. Use your right stick to change the target from the reward selection to the +30. Or walk away far enough so it targets the +30 instead of the tribute shop.

I can verify what Whack was saying. Noticed I was missing 30 spirit, tried to run again, King bugged. Reset and did NOT summon Finn at the first altar. Cleared the other 2, got King to spawn and the skull was in the tribute tree. Walked behind the tree and was able to pick it up.
