+30 Spirit not granted (King of the Mists, Gembloom Skull)

Cruel Act 1 doesn't have the spirit bonus for this boss. Act 3 is when you get the final +40 spirit off one of the boss fights

Bumping this since it is a character progress blocker bug.
Restarted map and killed a boss 4-5 times but no drops. Quest is completed, didn't get the Skull, and repeating killing boss does nothing, no drops. Please fix as this is blocking the character progress. |

Is it supposed to give +30 spirit only in normal?

i got +30 from normal a1, but on cruel its missing, dont know if its supposed to be.

You get +40 Spirit in A3 Cruel from the witch in the bog for a total of 100 in A3 cruel
