POE2 - Gembloom Skull not dropping both acts

In Freyhorn you can receive a +30 spirit Gembloom Skull for killing The king in the mists. I've killed them in Act 1 and Act 1 cruel with no luck of it dropping. Finn does give me a quest reward but no gembloom. Even though I've killed him multiple times still on my map it's showing he has not been killed.

I've rekilled it multiple times and still no gembloom :(


I'm a lvl 50 Stormweaver has this happened to anyone else? I can't get any extra spirit for my cast on freeze D:

I finish Finn quest and consume the skull for 30 spirits but the spirit point dont add to my character. I'm on act 2 now and have 0 spirit so I can't use any spirit gem.

Same issue here. I killed King of the Mists boss, but did not receive the uncut level 4 spirit gem not did I receive the quest rewards of the Gembloom Skull. I have no spirit not can I use a spirit skill. Are we the only 3 people with this bug?

Thus happened to me. Went back and killed boss. Green quest item in middle of ritual totem. Had to move around to be able to pick up. Now it is working,

Got the skull on the first playthrough, but not on the second.

Got the spirit reward in Act1 first playthrough. On cruel difficulty no consumable dropped and quest appears complete.
Can't get the spirit reward as a minion build...this is kinda game breaking for the char. Finn offered a useless charm and that's all. Cleared the map again and still no reward.

Act 1 cruel skull also did not drop for me.

The same for me, act 1 cruel king didn't dropped the +30 spirit quest item. On map I see the boss killed (grey) but without a + on it's icon. I'm on witch - infernalist.

I killed the boss at 1st time (HC) but it
Dropped the Bloomskull at the centre (behind the "shop") and wasnt pickable also it was easyto miss... so plz reposition the drop.
