POE2 - Gembloom Skull not dropping both acts

After the fight, look at base of the Ritual alter. The word Bloomgem skull is in green. The problem is, when I tried interacting with it, it would let me view favours. Try moving around so it selects the item, not the Ritual rewards.

me too, warrior block build unplayable now... should i kill the character or just wait?

I got a 30+ spirit drop from the king in the mists in act 1.

The bog witch in act 3 is not dropping any spirit for me. Neither is she dropping any spirit in act 6.

There is no + symbol on the skulls in act 3 or 6 on the map either for the bog witch zone.

On the map There are no other skulls on any of the acts that have a + to indicate that there is a spirit drop.

Has anyone found a fix for this ?

Killed king three times in cruel act one, not a single gem. Don't know what's going on but being stuck at 60 spirit really sucks

Not sure if it's an oversight, but Cruel does not have any +spirit boss rewards. If you look at the boss on the map screen it doesn't list a reward for beating it while in acts 1-3 they do.

Datmodz got a spirit again from killing both the king of mists and the bog witch. Watched him do it on cruel, saw both of them items drop. So, something's up right now

Check any skill gems reserving spirit, remove it temporarily and see if your spirit jumps back up to what it should be
