POE2 - Gembloom Skull not dropping both acts

I messed up during my first playtrough and wanted to start a new game with a witch and have raging spirits but now the item won’t drop on my nee playtrough. Is this a bug? Do you guys know when it will be fixed?

Same did not get the drop, was not looking for it the first time but since I understood how spirit works :/

+1 for me - after killing the boss on normal the first playthrough, it seems like the only thing to interact was the altar itself. I wasn't aware there was an item behind it. Just noticed that later when I wanted to cut my first skill gem and missed -30 spirit and searching for this, also found https://www.reddit.com/r/PathOfExile2/comments/1h8mi8h/gembloom_skull_stuck/

Same thing, killed the boss, picked up the +30 Spirit item, was interacting with the ritual exchange page before the client kicked me off server. I never picked up any Uncut Spirit Skill Gem

Not dropping for me in cruel, kinda bricks the build I was going for :(

Same didn’t get this item so I’m in act 2 with zero spirit.

Same here, Gembloom Skull didn't drop and my character doomed now :/

I also did not get the skull from killing him on cruel. I tried a few times without having it drop.
