POE2 - Gembloom Skull not dropping both acts

Anyone found a solution for this? not working for me either.

The item is dropping, you just have to reposition yourself on the drop. Its in big green letters but clicking it puts you into the rewards menu.
We solved ours by beating it as a party, logging off, then logging back into my own instance.

Item was there without the bonus stuff, was able to pick it up .

I can confirm that in Cruel Act 1 the Gembloom Skull will not drop. I did the event three times.

The skull did drop for me in Normal Act 1.

I missed him and went back.. no drop.. made a whole new toon since spirit is key and it dropped but now all bosses bugged and not showing up or registering on world map.

For me too, in act 1 cruel dificulty in the finn quest the gem not dropped for the boss, and i need this skull for my build, please can resolve that issue.

Same here. I got it in normal without problems but it didn't drop in cruel.

Edit: also, the king in the mist skull doesn't have the plus on it on cruel. It does on normal.

Same, no 30 spirit Gembloom skull or spirit gem, killed him twice and map skull is gray now. This will not allow me to progress toward endgame as 60 spirit is needed. Please throw this issue in an upcoming hot fix. Please, I don't want to abandon this character at this point a ton of time and effort was used.

I got the skull to drop. When I used it I didn’t get 30 spirit. Pretty sure I lost spirit. Had enough for 2 snipers an arsonist and grim feast. Now there’s not enough for the arsonist. Was my second kill of the boss. Can’t remember if I used the skull the first time but I think I did…

Nvm it could have been from a swap of my sceptre…

In Act III, the 'Gemrot Skull' did drop from 'Ignagduk, The Bog Witch' when I killed her the first time if I remember correctly and I consumed it but never received the +30 Spirit to my character. Playing a Monk.

I have attempted going back and killing 'Ignagduk, The Bog Witch' again in Act III but she will not drop the item again, probably because I technically already claimed the item.
