Support Email Response Delays

Oh well, it clears everything.
Have a problem with twitch drops, game and 300 coins on one account, cosmetics on another, need to merge them somehow. Will wait for reply and hope problem will be resolved.
8 days without answer for me, who is more ?
I will also throw some of my own salt to GGG Support wound.

Ive asked Support to update some of my Path of Exile 1 account information and it ended up in series of questions which ive answered correctly, except one last question about Transaction IDs (to which i dont have access due to how GGG had set payment methods with Xsolla in past).

GGG Support doesnt know how their own payment methods been handled, because they seem to have no idea how PaySafeCard and Xsolla service operated in the past.

My request to change important account information been still not handled, which left my account in state of potential vulnerability of being locked. I got access to my account and kept playing as usual and cant wrap around why they making it so difficult, especially when ive did same request succesfully with Blizzard with changing same important account information on my battle.net account.

Overcomplicating such simple case is one of reasons why you ending up with overloaded support system, especially when emails from two different games (Path of Exile 1 and 2) are thrown to same bucket.

Another story is that GGG Support system doesnt have on-site support ticket system, where any logged account could check state of their case being procesed, even Blizzard did set it properly and working so theres no excuse GGG cant make it backed with Tencent money.

I created a new POE account when buying the early access. Little did I know that I already have an account linked to steam. And I can't unlink or merge both account. And I don't have access to early access on steam. I either want to cancel this account or merge both today. And support still has not reply to me. Only way is to play on Epic. Goddamn it.

I’ve been waiting 18 days for a response.
I contacted support before the POE2 launch, and now I’m locked out of playing the game on Steam. This is a complete joke at this point—WTF is going on? No communication, no interaction, no updates—absolutely nothing.
All I ever hear is how great POE support is and how quickly they respond, but now the excuse is that they’re overloaded. So what? I’ve been waiting 18 days for a response—that’s way beyond reasonable. NEVER in my entire life have I experienced something like this.
Conclusion is money wasted on POE2, time wasted waiting.


After 18 days of waiting they asked me to provide same info i've already provided and went silent again. This is a fucking joke


Same here. I received their first reply after almost a week, asking me to provide login and Xsolla transaction ID (which I already did in my very first email to them). Then they went silent and looks like I need wait for another week for their second email!
So GGG, do you currently have any support at all, did they all quit and thats why you aren't even bothering to answer emails that are over 2 weeks old?

It gets alittle frustrating but atleast we can distract ourselves with path of exile 2

At this rate we'll be lucky to get a response by the new year
Any update on the situation? I'm already waiting a whole week for a response.
